'Two for the price of one" promotion -- Communications Service Providers and Operators can bring two attendees from their organization for the price of one. Simply enter the second person's name during the registration process. If you don't know the second person's name at the time of registration, just enter "guest TBD" and you can update that later on-line, or by contacting Bernadette Douglas (beaton@telestrategies.com). Offer restricted to qualified service providers (e,.g., commercial entities whose primary business is providing wireline, wireless, content, hosting, VoIP, cloud, cable, conferencing and related communications services).

Transfers and Substitutions - Transfers and substitutions are permissible up to 24 hours in advance of conference date.
Cancellations and No-Shows - If you are unable to attend, there is no penalty if you cancel by April 1. You may cancel online by following the link from your registration confirmation email and your credit card will be refunded immediately. Or you may also contact our accounting department by fax (703.556.3959) or email (beaton@telestrategies.com) to make other refund arrangements. If the conference is postponed or canceled for any reason, you will be given a full refund on any conference fees paid. However, TeleStrategies will NOT be responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.

Attendee and Auditor Restriction: Attendance at this conference is open to tax professionals employed by communications service providers, tax software and research vendors, and those companies advising communications service providers (consultants, attorneys, and accountants). We respectfully request that employees and contractors to state and local governments, and contract auditors, NOT attend -- and TeleStrategies reserves the right to cancel any such registration, or any registration it deems as harmful to the conference or our attendees.
