Combatting illegal robocalls has been a top priority for regulators and the communications industry for several years. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a flurry of rules and orders to implement a new call authentication framework known as STIR/SHAKEN, authorizing robocall blocking services and mandating other robocall mitigation practices. This webinar will help service providers understand the STIR/SHAKEN framework, informing service providers of their new obligations, how to respond to investigation requests, and how to develop an effective robocall mitigation program.
