'Two for the price of one" promotion -- Communications Service Providers and Operators can bring two attendees from their organizagtion for the price of one. Simply enter the second person's name during the registration process. If you don't know the second person's name at the time of registration, just enter "guest TBD" and you can update that later online, or by contacting Bernadette Douglas (beaton@telestrategies.com). Offer restricted to qualified service providers (e,.g., commercial entities whose primary business is providing wireline, wireless, content, hosting, VoIP, cloud, cable, conferencing and related communcations services).

Transfers and Substitutions - Transfers and substitutions are permissible up to 24 hours in advance of conference date.
Cancellations and No-Shows - If you are unable to attend, there is no penalty if you cancel two weeks prior to the conference date so long as you haven't accessed the online content. You may cancel online by following the link from your registration confirmation email and your credit card will be refunded immediately. Or you may also contact our accounting department by fax (703.556.3959) or email (beaton@telestrategies.com) to make other refund arrangements. Cancellations within two weeks of the program are subject to a 25% service charge. Registrants who do not attend and who do not cancel before the conference date are liable for the full registration fee. If the conference is postponed or cancelled for any reason, you will be given a full refund on any conference fees paid. However, TeleStrategies will NOT be responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
